Urban Procures is operated in the UAE by Urban Fixperts Technical Services L.L.C. This notice explains what we collect when you use urbanprocures.com and the related desk services.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1 Account data. Name, company, email, phone, trade licence details, and the role you choose (client or vendor).
2.2 RFQ and quote data. Project scope, site area or address, drawings, BOQs, quotations, and award decisions.
2.3 Technical data. Session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on the public site.
3. WHY WE USE IT
To create accounts, issue RFQs, invite vendors, compare quotations, complete awards, keep an audit trail, and contact you about your request.
4. IDENTITY FIREWALL
On public Get Quotes packs, client name, phone and email stay off the vendor pack until award. Site area may stay visible so vendors can price. After award, the winning vendor and the client receive each other’s introduction details. Other vendors receive a “not selected” notice only.
5. WHO WE SHARE WITH
Supabase (hosting and auth), Cloudflare (site and files), and Zoho (mail). We do not sell personal data. Vendors see only what the award rules allow.
6. RETENTION
Account, RFQ, quote and award records are kept for the life of the platform and any period required for UAE commercial or tax records.
7. YOUR REQUESTS
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal retention.
8. SECURITY
Access to original RFQ and quote files is role-based on the server. Masking in the browser is not the security boundary.
